Meet the CEO
Letesha Graham, BS, Human Services, Certified at risk Youth Professional, Owner of The Rose Garden
As the owner of The Rose Garden, Letesha is a dynamic individual with a clear sense of purpose. Her passion for working with youth and young adult women began in Virginia where she served on the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Human Services board as a volunteer. In 2019 Letesha moved to Charlotte, NC where she served on the Community Relations Committee, became an alumni for Charlotte Civic Leadership academy, and participated in Mecklenburg County's Participatory Budget project where the people of District 2 voted for her Literacy Expo proposal and was funded at $100,000. Letesha's passion for advocating for the empowerment and education of girls and young women comes from her own lived experiences and the experiences of those close to her. While in NC, Letesha earned a certification for working with at-risk youth, a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in human services from Lee's McRae college and actively working towards her master's degree at Walden University. Now that she is back in Virginia where this all started, she is looking forward to serving the communities of Hampton roads!
